General information about the Personal Data Law

6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (bundan sonra KVKK olarak anılacaktır) 24 Mart 2016 tarihinde kabul edilmiş, 7 Nisan 2016 tarihli 29677 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayınlanmıştır. KVKK’nun bir kısmı yayın tarihinde, bir kısmı ise 7 Ekim 2016’da yürürlüğe girmiştir.

6698 sayılı KVKK uyarınca ve Veri Sorumlusu sıfatıyla, kişisel verileriniz bu sayfada açıklandığı çerçevede; kaydedilecek, saklanacak, güncellenecek, mevzuatın izin verdiği durumlarda 3. kişilere açıklanabilecek / devredilebilecek, sınıflandırılabilecek ve KVKK’da sayılan şekillerde işlenebilecektir.

How your personal data can be processed

6698 sayılı KVKK uyarınca, Firmamız ile paylaştığınız kişisel verileriniz, tamamen veya kısmen, otomatik olarak, veyahut herhangi bir veri kayıt sisteminin parçası olmak kaydıyla otomatik olmayan yollarla elde edilerek, kaydedilerek, depolanarak, değiştirilerek, yeniden düzenlenerek, kısacası veriler üzerinde gerçekleştirilen her türlü işleme konu olarak tarafımızdan işlenebilecektir. KVKK kapsamında veriler üzerinde gerçekleştirilen her türlü işlem “kişisel verilerin işlenmesi” olarak kabul edilmektedir.

Purposes of processing your personal data and legal reasons

Personal data you share,

• Müşterilerimize verdiğimiz hizmetlerin gereklerini, sözleşmenin ve teknolojinin gereklerine uygun şekilde yapabilmek, sunulan ürün ve hizmetlerimizi geliştirebilmek için;

• In order to provide information to prosecutors' offices, courts and relevant public officials, upon request and in accordance with the legislation, on matters related to public security and legal disputes;

6698 sayılı KVKK ve ilgili ikincil düzenlemelere uygun olarak işlenecektir. Kişisel verilerinizin aktarılabileceği üçüncü kişi veya kuruluşlar hakkında bilgilendirme Yukarıda belirtilen amaçlarla, Firmamız ile paylaştığınız kişisel verilerinizin aktarılabileceği kişi / kuruluşlar; başta Firmamızın e-ticaret altyapısını sağlayan IdeaSoft Yazılım San. ve Tic. A.Ş. olmak üzere, tedarikçiler, kargo şirketleri gibi sunulan hizmetler ile ilgili kişi ve kuruluşlar, faaliyetlerimizi yürütmek üzere ve/veya Veri İşleyen sıfatı ile hizmet alınan, iş birliği yaptığımız program ortağı kuruluşları, yurtiçi / yurtdışı kuruluşlar ve diğer 3. kişilerdir.

How your personal data is collected

Your personal data,

• With information such as name, surname, TR identity number, address, telephone, business or private e-mail address through the forms on our company's website and mobile applications; In the form of location data, data including preferences on the pages logged in using the user name and password, IP records of the transactions performed, cookie data collected by the browser, and browsing time and details;
• By means of our sales and marketing department employees, branches, suppliers, other sales channels, forms on paper, business cards, digital marketing and call center, verbally, in writing or electronically;
• In a physical or virtual environment, face-to-face or distance, verbal or written or in writing, received from people who share their personal data with business cards, CVs, bids and other ways, for purposes such as establishing a commercial relationship with our company, applying for a job, making an offer. from electronic media;
• In addition, data obtained from (micro) websites and social media indirectly obtained from different channels, used for websites, blogs, contests, surveys, games, campaigns and similar purposes, e-bulletin reading or click movements, data provided by public databases. from profiles and data that are open to sharing from social media platforms; can be processed and collected.

Your personal data obtained before the entry into force of the KVKK

Your personal data, which was obtained in accordance with the law in terms of membership, electronic message permission, product / service purchase and other forms before the effective date of KVKK, 7 April 2016, is also processed and preserved in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

Transfer of your personal data abroad

Türkiye’de işlenerek veya Türkiye dışında işlenip muhafaza edilmek üzere, yukarıda sayılan yöntemlerden herhangi birisi ile toplanmış kişisel verileriniz KVKK kapsamında kalmak kaydıyla ve sözleşme amaçlarına uygun olarak yurtdışında bulunan (Kişisel Veriler Kurulu tarafından akredite edilen ve kişisel verilerin korunması hususunda yeterli korumanın bulunduğu ülkelere)  hizmet aracılarına da aktarılabilecektir.

Storage and protection of personal data

Your personal data will be kept confidential in the database and systems of our company in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK; Except for legal obligations and the regulations specified in this document, it will not be shared with third parties in any way. Our company is obliged to prevent the illegal processing of personal data in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK, to prevent the access of unauthorized persons, to take software and physical security measures such as access management. If it is learned that personal data has been obtained by others illegally, the situation will be reported to the Personal Data Protection Board immediately, in accordance with the legal regulation and in writing.

Keeping personal data up-to-date and accurate

Pursuant to Article 4 of the KVKK, our company has an obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. In this context, in order for our Company to fulfill its obligations arising from the current legislation, our Customers are required to share accurate and up-to-date data or update it via the website / mobile application.

6698 sayılı KVKK uyarınca kişisel veri sahibinin hakları

6698 sayılı KVKK 11.maddesi 07 Ekim 2016 tarihinde yürürlüğe girmiş olup ilgili madde gereğince, Kişisel Veri Sahibi’nin bu tarihten sonraki hakları aşağıdaki gibidir: Kişisel Veri Sahibi, Firmamıza (veri sorumlusu) başvurarak kendisiyle ilgili;

1. Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
2. If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
3. Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
4. Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
5. Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
6. KVKK’nun 7. maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
7. In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, requesting that these transactions be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
8. İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
9. Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme,
